The GHS is a system for standardizing and harmonizing the classification and labelling of chemicals. Chemicals are associated with codes that define their health, physical and environmental hazards.This universal hazard communication system was developed to ensure that employers, employees and consumers are provided with adequate, practical, reliable and comprehensible information on the hazards of chemicals, so that they can take effective preventive and protective measure for their own health and safety.

Acute health effects
From MSDS INGESTION: May be harmful or fatal if swallowed. This product may be aspirated into the lungs during swallowing or vomiting and cause lung damage. EYE CONTACT: Aerosol mist may irritate eyes; always direct spray away from face. Solvent vapors may irritate eyes; always use in well-ventilated area. Direct eye contact with product may cause stinging, tearing, redness or swelling. SKIN CONTACT: Overexposure may include redness, burning, drying and cracking of skin. INHALATION: Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling vapors can be harmful or fatal. High vapor concentrations resulting from misuse may cause irritation to the respiratory tract. Overexposure symptoms may include headache, dizziness, and irritation to the respiratory tract. Overexposure symptoms may include headaches, dizziness, and anesthetic. -

First Aid

If breathing difficulties develop, oxygen may be given by qualified personnel. EYE CONTACT: Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. If irritation develops, seek medical attention. SKIN CONTACT: Wash exposed skin with soap and water. If irritation develops, seek medical attention. INGESTION: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a poison control center or physician immediately. If victim is unconscious or drowsy, place them on their left side with head down.
