Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors or contact with skin. Prevent prolonged or repeated breathing of spray mist. To avoid spontaneous combustion during tempory storage, soak soiled rags and waste immediately after use, in a water filled, closed metal container. -

Health Hazard Data
Inhalation: Excessive exposure to vapors or spray mists can result in headache, dizziness, incoordination, nausea and loss of consciousness. Reports have associated repeated and prolonged occupational overexposure to solvents with permanent brain and central nervous system damage. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the vapors may be harmful or fatal.
Skin and eye contact: This material may be an eye irritant
Skin absorption: Prolonged or repeated skin contact with this material may cause dermatitis, skin defatting or irritation
Ingestion: May produce signs of intoxication, dizziness, headache, nausea, mental confusion and possibly slurred speech and stupor, depending on the quantity of material ingested.

Carcinogenicity
IARC concludes that there is sufficent evidence in humans and experimental animals for the carcinogenicity of crystalline silica in the forms of quartz or crystobalite. IARC(Group 1). Titanium dioxide has been characterized by iarc as possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2b) through inhalation (not ingestion). This classification is based upon animal inhalation studies. Epidemiology studies do not suggest an increased risk of cancer in humans from occupational exposure to titanium dioxide.
