Hints for Physicians: this product is a synthetic Pryethroid pesticide. If ingested and vomiting has not occurred, emesis should be induced with supervision. Keep patient's head below hips to prevent aspiration. If symptoms such as loss of gag reflex, convulsions or unconsciousness occur before emesis, gastic lavage using a cuffed endotracheal tube should be considered. Do not administer milk, cream or other substances containing vegetable or animal fats. These only enhance absorption of lipophilic substances. If localized paresthesia develops, the site should be thoroughly washed soap and water. Cold cream can be applied to help diminish the effect.
